McDonalds style Breakfast Wrap
Ingredients (For one wrap):
2 hash browns
1/2 block of tofu
2 slices of quorn vegan ham
2 slices of vegan cheese
2 veggie sausages
1. Put the hash browns and veggie sausages in the oven, as per cooking instructions.
2. Drain the tofu and crumble the desired amount into a pan with oil. Season with turmeric, paprika, garlic and nutritional yeast (to give it a more convincing scramble egg substitute). Stir until dry.
3. Place the ham on a plate and microwave for around 3 minutes, until it’s crisp and bacon-like.
4. Assemble the wrap! Traditional McDonald’s style would be sauce, cheese, bacon, scramble, sausages and then hash browns
